AD10-2 General Purpose Metal Detector 0.1g detection mass
The general purpose Adams hand held metal detectors are designed and manufactured to endure 24 hour continuous use and abuse in the toughest of working environments. After many years of reliable service, the Adams model AD 10-2 is now supplied world wide to Airports, Police Forces, Federal and State Departments, as well as Military and many other highly demanding users.
The AD Series metal detectors have a sensitivity of 0.1 grams detection mass. An alarm indication is given by a piezo sounder and a high intensity LED when the battery is running low and a continuous audio/visual LED signal that the battery is exhausted.
AD11-2 High Sensitivity Metal Detector 0.1g detection mass
Adams AD 11-2 hand held metal detectors are suitable for similar applications as the AD10-2 model but with increased sensitivity to detect masses of less than 0.1g. An alarm indication is given by a piezo sounder and a high intensity LED when the battery is running low and a continuous audio/visual LED signal that the battery is exhausted.
The AD11-2 model also has a simultaneous audio-visual alarm facility with the added ability, via a two-position rocker switch, to turn off the audio sounder. This gives the operator a visual only alarm indication for more discrete user-operations. This model has proven to be very successful for a wide range of applications including VIP searches, warehouse loss prevention security, nightclubs, courtrooms, police force applications and many more.
AD11V General purpose metal detector 0.1 gram detection mass
Model AD11-V has our standard simultaneous audio/visual alarm facility, but with the added ability, via a two-position rocker switch, to switch the detector to either standard audio/visual setting or vibration only mode.
This feature give the AD11-V the ability to alert the operator of a potential weapon silently. This feature has proven very useful when working in a noisy environment or if the operator wishes to conduct a search procedure, while keeping eye-contact with the subject being screened.
AD16 High Sensitivity DIGITAL Metal Detector 0.3g detection mass
The Adams AD16 has been very effective when the user demands greater sensitivity and a higher definition search capability. With its built in digital auto ranging circuitry, this metal detector is ideally suitable for the specialized detection of small targets as well as for rapid, general personnel screening. An alarm indication is given by a piezo sounder and a high intensity LED when the battery is running low and a continuous audio/visual LED signal that the battery is exhausted.
With a high sensitivity, The AD16 can search at 0.3 gram detection mass. The AD16 is already being used in many Airports, Police forces and computer microchip manufacturers all over the world.
AD18 High Sensitivity DIGITAL Metal Detector 0.1g detection mass
When the Adams model AD18 was first put into production, it raised the standards of fully automatic, high sensitivity hand held metal detection to a new level. It features a two-position rocker switch. In the back position the rocker switch enables the AD18 to perform as a very effective, general-purpose metal detector with a very high operational speed. However, with the rocker switch in the forward position the AD17 converts to a super high sensitivity unit capable of detecting very small masses of metal that had previously been undetectable, but with the ease of use of a fully automatic unit, with just the flick of a switch. The AD17 continues the use of built in digital auto ranging circuitry and has an incredible sensitivity at 0.1 gram detection mass.
