Traditionally, the monitoring of on-site security patrols is performed, normally days or often weeks, after an errant security officer has completed a tour of duty. The UniGuard Patrol Management software has been developed as a management tool to ensure that any patrol non performances are addressed when they occur.
UniGuard 11 is a SQL server database capable of line by line activity reports. It comes in four versions to accommodate user needs; Standard, Enhanced, Professional and LIVE. While UniGuard 11 Standard software provides basic data collection and reporting functionality, UniGuard 11 LIVE has the ability to be programmed to identify failure to comply with remote patrolling requirements immediately after the specified patrol time has expired and is loaded with automatic features, essentially making it take the role of operator without the need of anyone sitting behind the computer.
The UniGuard Patrol Management System software comes in four different versions to suite operational deployment requirements, which range from basic reporting to the internet transfer of exception reports:
The UniGuard 11 Standard Software provides basic data collection and reporting functionality. In a case where a software disk is required there will be a small administrative charge levied. The reporting functionality is restricted to reporting activity on patrol visits and shock activity. The UniGuard 11 Standard Software can only accommodate a single site.
The UniGuard 11 Enhanced Software is the first step when upgrading a Patrol Management System. UniGuard 11 Enhanced immediately allows access into a much more flexible system. It allows the use of a single (in-built) Region, as well as the ability to export reports in various formats such as Excel spreadsheet, XML document, HTML document or text. The UniGuard 11 Enhanced software has access to a larger amount of custom database fields such as Customers, Contacts, Employees, Shifts, Recorders, Wallets and Incident entries. UniGuard 11 Enhanced also has the ability to generate two new Exception reports; the Patrol Tour and Visit Rosters report.
The UniGuard 11 Professional Software contains reporting capability in four distinct categories and includes all patrol, physical shock occurrences, personnel and incident activities. The reports range includes line by line activity details, exception reports, intervals between patrol points and consolidated reports to demonstrate performance compliance. There is full audit trail functionality including the exact details of each download of information. The software is password protected with the ability to limit functionality to individual operators. There is also the flexibility to select specific requirements when using the reporting function with the additional benefit to use filters to further refine information requirements. Basic reporting flexibility includes the ability to select multi locations or individual locations, specific date ranges or predefined shifts and all recorders or specific recorders. The UniGuard 11 Professional Software is capable of producing 10 basic reports and more than 20 customisable reports.
The UniGuard 11 LIVE Software contains all the functionality of the UniGuard 11 Professional version. Using the internet The UniGuard 11 LIVE Software has the ability to be programmed to identify failure to comply with remote patrolling requirements immediately after the specified patrol time has expired. When programmed UniGuard 11 LIVE Software can e-mail exception reports at predetermined times to selected recipients.
